Unsere Produktion „Nur eine Frau“ wurde beim Festival International de Films de Femmes mit dem Prix Graine de Cinéphage ausgezeichnet und demnächst in der ARD.
Zur Preisverleihung schreibt die Jury:
The 2021 Graine de Cinéphage jury prize is awarded to the film “A Regular Woman”. We chose this film because the direction is fantastic: the fact that it’s a countdown, that we know how it’s going to end but not how it’s going to happen : it was great ! We particularly appreciated the voice-over which once again gives a voice to the protagonist and highlights an underrepresented cause. By speaking directly to us, the director was able to break the 4th wall. We were also touched by the documentary side of the film: although it is fictional, it tells the real story, and the archival footage adds even more value to it and accentuates the gripping and captivating dimension of the film. We also liked the “photo” side, with these captured moments and these characters watching us. Finally, we would like to point out that the cutting is incredible, with a special mention to Almila Bagriacik who plays the role of Aynur, throughout the film.
